The Jell-o cups are great for lunch time snacks. Be sure to look for a sale on them to max your savings. Kmart, Walgreens ect.. always have these on sale in my area.

The Hostess coupon got me thinking of my favorite snack food, the Twinke !!!

MINI NO-BAKE TWINKIE CHEESECAKES

6 Hostess Twinkies
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 can cherry pie filling

Unwrap and cut each Twinkie in half and then into thirds so each Twinkie yields 6 pieces. Place one piece in the bottom of each mini-muffin tin.

Beat sugar, cream cheese and sour cream. Spoon 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling on top of each Twinkie piece. Refrigerate. Dust with powered sugar before serving.
